Matching its digests, base commit, and result identities against a regenerated plan, and the per-report byte cap from eval.max_report_bytes, need the consumer's repository and stay in code. Calendar validity of generated relies on `format: date-time`, which many Draft-07 validators treat as an annotation unless format validation is enabled; model-eol's validator enforces it.",
